Derek Perkins

I was born and raised in the Twin Cities and have lived in Minnesota my entire life. I began my real estate career in property valuation as a Certified Residential Appraiser. I continue to appraise properties and have over a decade of experience in property valuation. I also have experience as a state licensed assessor in the state of Minnesota and have much knowledge in ad valorem valuation. Before beginning my real estate appraisal career, I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
